Wow, is Samsung's customer service trash. I've been on the phone with several of them, and have gotten different responses each time. I just wanted to be sure that everything checked out with warranty in case of an exchange, so I figured I'd have them check my IMEI number and go from there. I downloaded one of those apps, which gave me a date of April 1, 2019, but then saw that that was the security patch date. So, I called up Samsung.
One rep told me that they couldn't tell me the date based on what they had; another one told me that my warranty was until July of next year (what?!); another told me it was from May 4th of this year to the 7th of next year; and then I had another tell me that the manufacture date of my phone was May 4th of this year. So how in the heck do I find out for certain?
