How do I find the proxy user name and password on the Android 4.4.2 KitKat?

Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat - Proxy user authentication

Hi all,
I have a Galaxy Note 3 tablet at work (Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat) and I need to be enter proxy settings. I can manually set the proxy server and port number however I can't seem to find the proxy username & password setting that the server requires to gain access to the Internet. Could someone help me out please?

Different kind of proxy. You'll need a client for whichever proxy server you use. The Android proxy is just a port 80 redirect.
