How do I fix a PRL Internal Error(407) on Samsung Galaxy Note 5?

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 was originally purchased while on Sprint's network. I unlocked the phone and purchased and activated a Cricket SIM card. I am able to receive calls but am unable to receive text/MMS messages. I continue receiving a PRL Internal Error (407) code and have no idea what that means or how to fix it.
 
Are the MMS server settings (APN settings) correct for Cricket (your carrier might be able to send an SMS to automatically configure that or give you the specifics)? Is the SIM active for mobile data/MMS?
