How do I fix an HTC One Mini 2 camera and flashlight?

how to fix htc one mini 2 camera and flashlight.

My HTC one mini 2 both camera is not working. Flashlight is stay open and I can not turn off this even by restart or reset the device. Light sensor also not working.

If no go, try Safe Mode.
