How do i fix black screen with one horizontal green line on it

Samsung s7 edge. This phone has been dropped before, but had nothing wrong with display. I was just using it when it went black. Now it has one horizontal green line near bottom of screen and one white one at very bottom of screen. Can this be recovered or is it new screen time.
