How do I fix com.android.systemui has stopped (moto E)

I just restarted my phone and now i saw this happen and theres is nothing I know how to fix it as soon as i turn on my phone theres no login screen no nothing, it just says unfortantently .... has stopped, how do i fix this i tried holding the powerbutton and the down volume button and tried to start the phone from factory but its not working ): what do i do?
