How do I fix my Bluetooth audio that is out of sync?

Bluetooth audio out of sync

All audio out of sync when using Bluetooth speakers on my G Pad. It's quite bad. Speakers work fine on my other devices but every audio source out of sync on G Pad. I bought it for Netflix and Google Play, very disappointed. Anyone have a fix for this?
