How do I fix my Note 4 battery issue?

I got a Note 4 two weeks ago and it's been having some serious battery drain. I've contacted Samsung and asked about it and they said it was normal, but looking at reviews and other threads, I can definitively say that it isn't. I've been to a local Best Buy where they reset the Android system on my phone to try to fix it, but that isn't helping too much. I tried T-Mobile to see if they could hook me up with a different battery to see if that was the issue, but they didn't have any and I have no choice but to buy another battery (not happening) or send it to Samsung and get a new one in two weeks or so.
I keep my brightness at about 10% or so and power saving mode is always on. I kept it on Safe mode to see if apps and app-related background services were a factor and it's been off of it's charger for a little over a day. The numbers so far are:
28% Battery
Android System: 24%
Screen: 19%
Android OS: 15%
Cell Standby: 9%
mm-qcamera-daemon: 6%
Device Idle: 5%
Google Play Services: 4%
com.android.keyguard: 3%
Messsages: 3%

Welcome to Android Central! To get a better idea of what's going on, reboot back into normal mode (i.e., exit out of Safe Mode). Then charge up to 100%, and then let it drain to 20-30% with normal usage, without charging in between. Then show us:

1. The main Settings>Battery screen.
2. The fullscreen battery graph screen (which shows Awake time and Cell Signal Strength).
3. The Screen category (to see total Screen On time).
4. The Cell Standby category, if present (to see Time Without Signal).
