How do I fix my Note 4 battery issue?

I got a Note 4 two weeks ago and it's been having some serious battery drain. I've contacted Samsung and asked about it and they said it was normal, but looking at reviews and other threads, I can definitively say that it isn't. I've been to a local Best Buy where they reset the Android system on my phone to try to fix it, but that isn't helping too much. I tried T-Mobile to see if they could hook me up with a different battery to see if that was the issue, but they didn't have any and I have no choice but to buy another battery (not happening) or send it to Samsung and get a new one in two weeks or so.
I keep my brightness at about 10% or so and power saving mode is always on. I kept it on Safe mode to see if apps and app-related background services were a factor, but it doesn't seem so.

I'm not sure what you are expecting for battery life. With an on-battery time of over 24 hours and still 28% left along with 19% of your battery use from screen on, it seems that your getting a pretty decent amount of time out of your battery. I normally charge mine every night and have about 35% left when I plug it in.

I don't make 12 hours without a plug
However I am what y9u would call a heavy user

Looks fine to me. It's a smartphone - if you can use it all day and only need to charge it while you're in bed then you're doing better than most.
If for some reason you can't plug it into the wall once a day then a spare battery / battery bank is the answer.

Is this a joke? Lol....gotta be trolling...but if not, dude your battery is fine...i average around 12 hours per day...but i am a heavy user

Op, you have no battery issue... You phone is excellent! No wonder ppl at samsung said it's normal.
