How do i fix my Purple/Pink screen?

Ok so I dropped my phone on the cement and it was raining and the cement was kinda wet and i picked it up right away wiped it down right away and then i took out the battery to make sure it was ok and then i woke up the next day and then turned on my phone and half of my home screen was purple. How do i fix it?

Welcome to Android Central! The water probably didn't do anything but to be sure, you could try removing the battery and putting both in separate ziploc bags of uncooked rice, seal them, and let them sit for 24-48 hrs. If the screen is still purple/pink, from what I've read from very similar issues in the past here, the screen itself was likely damaged by the fall, and would have to be replaced. It's unlikely to be a software issue.
