How to fix my S5 with no sound during calls?

Everything else works fine. I can use speaker phone and play loud music. I just can't hear anything when I make phone calls. I maxed out my call volume.

Try clearing the cache of the device and see if that helps. Let us know if it does or if you have further questions.

I tried to reset the phone to factory setting but still no sound during calls.

I thought it was the audio chip so i applied pressure to it from the back of the lcd part...it worked for awhile..then i put mire pressure...worked for awhile...then i repositioned my sims to the right more and its working again
..so..that may be the common issue is the sims moves ever so slightly and it doesnt connect...i have a micro sims and have to use a plastic tray with it...im gonna get ahold of my carrier and see if they have just a regular sims
