How do I fix "System UI isn't responding" message?

Any Android owners get this Annoying pop up on their devices? I use to get it on my previous phone Huawei so thankfully it's just 1 of those things that's common on Android phones.

I’ve never experienced it on any phone I’ve ever used.

There are various attempted fixes. Have you tried any?

Which phone do you have now? Does it happen in Safe Mode as well?

I've only seen it one, to the best of my recall, and a reboot solved the problem.
