How do I fix the error saying google app is not working?

I'm getting an error saying google app is not working

It pops up constantly regardless if I open it or not...I have a S4 active

Welcome to Android Central! Does the message refer to the app as only "Google," or is there anything else in the name? If it's just Google, go to the App Manager, select Google, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now see if it happens again.
