How do I fix the extreme slowness of my LG g2 t-mobile

My LG g2 is running slow I would type something and it would take fifteen seconds to register. My 4g lte connection would drop off then come back a little while later I've called t-mobile several times. also called lg a couple times and then the redirected to call Google techtech support all with no solution is either have to restart my phone every single day and did multiple factory resets and then I have to remember every single password that I have for different accounts Thera got to be a simpler solution any advice I'm ready to contact one of the CEO in fedfed with all this nonsense

The phone needs to move to Android 5.1.1 and everything will be awesome. With 5.0.2 I think there are some memory leak issues and they got fixed, so far, with 5.1.1
