How to fix imei(null/null) on GS5 SM-G900H?

The problem I'm facing is that the imei and the baseband version all of a sudden disappears and after few days it appears again but when you turn off the phone to insert sim and turn it back on the imei and baseband dissappears again. I even flash the efs backup but it had no impact.

1. Are you rooted?

2. Do you have a custom recovery?

3. Have you got a full nandroid backup from before you messed with your /efs file?

4. How did you manage to lose/corrupt your /efs file?
