how fix unfortunately google play services have stopped on LG sunrise phone's

A few days ago my phone was working just fine and then all at once it popped up and said Google play services have stopped I tried to reset my phone did not work then it told me that I had to sign in to play store and it says I am how do I fix this problem

Hi and welcome to Android Central.

Go into settings, app and all.
Find Google play store and hit force stop
Now find Google play services. Uninstall updates.
Reboot the phone and reinstall the updates
If this doesn't work then uninstall and reinstall Google play services completely
