How do I flash a Moto G using fastboot

Usb Debugging is disabled, and i'm stuck at a bootloop so I can't enable it to use ABD.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums. If you press and hold power and volume up, that should get you into the bootloader. From there, you can get into recovery, and do a factory reset. That might fix the bootloop issue.
