How do I flip these 2 icons

So I just got my pixel 9 pro xl all set up and one thing that is annoying me about the Google keyboard is the lowering icon. I was using the Google keyboard on my Samsung S24U and the icon was on the right, yet stock on Google has it on the left. Is there anyway to flip it? See the circled icons in my screen shot

It's part user experience, Apple giggle .

I'm not aware of any way to change that. Samsung often does things differently, all the way back to the placement of the nav buttons along the bottom.
