How do I get a keypad when accessing voice mail?

how do I get a keypad when accessing voice mail

on a samsung S6 -- holding down the 1 key - When voice mail ask for a password -there is no keypad . I tried the page button on the left bottom and get a small sized half a pad then upsize it -- then when I type in a number it inserts a dash after the third digit.. how do i get just a plain keypad to type in a password??

Just push the keypad button after you make the call and you get a full keypad.
