How do I get a solid color home screen?

I can't find a choice for a solid color screen. I want to get rid of those little specks that are currently superimposed over the screen color.

Thanks but where is the choice on the phone to select a solid color? Or do you take one with the camera and then select it as a wall paper?

Yes, use a pic from your gallery. Save the pics I posted and try it.

You can use any image in your gallery for the background.

So use an image editor and create a solid color of your choice, or download a solid color image and make it your background.
