OnePlus is nice, allowing the instructions to stay on their forum. (And even nicer using TWRP as their recovery.)

One tip, though - leave the bootloader unlocked if you think you might ever want to root the phone. (If you decide to root it after locking it, you'll have to unlock it again, wiping the phone, meaning that you'll have to back up the whole phone again.)
