How do I get Google Play Services permanently back on my tablet?

how do i get google play services permanently back on my tablet

I had to factory reset my allwinner90 tablet and Google play services is missing. It won't let me sign into Google but I can still use the browser.I went to apkmirror.com and downloaded an apk for Google play services there and it worked for sometime but I had to factory reset it again and the apk won't stay anymore

Did your tablet come originally with Google Play services? If so then I would contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement.
