How do I get into my Galaxy S3 when I have the wrong password?

How do I get into my galaxy S3 when I have the wrong password.

I have tried several passwords and it tells me You have entered x amount of passwords try again in 30 seconds. Well I have done this with about 60 passwords and nothing else happens bar this message. I have searched everywhere how to unlock my phone but no sites have helped me.
I dont want to reset my phone as I have so many contacts pics and other things in it Please can someone help me. Thank you
