How do I get my Bluetooth on my S5 to connect?

Just Purchased a Galaxy S5 and Bluetooth Does Not Detect Headset At All

Had Android V4.4.2 and was updated to 4.4.4 I have tried clearing cache & Data then restarting the S5 and it still does not detect any BT device.

Tried a 2 year old Plantronics as well as a new Jabra headset.

Welcome to Android Central! So you've turned on Bluetooth, and tapped Scan for Devices, right? And turned on the headsets and gone through the appropriate steps to make them discoverable? Do those BT devices pair ok with other devices?
