How do I get my data working on my Galaxy S4 mini?

Galaxy s4 mini data will not work

When I turn on mobile data it looks like its on but 4g doesnt light up and im not able to get Internet access. .. it will not come on??

Welcome to Android Central! Have you spoken to your carrier? Are you sure your APN settings are correct?
