How do I get my LG Optimus F7 to boot after resetting my phone?

My LG Optimus F7 is a great phone. It started to get laggy on me so I decided to reset it. After resetting it it is stuck in a boot loop. It starts up but as soon as it shows the Boost Mobile screen it starts over again. I have hard reset it several times and it still does the same the same thing. Is there any suggestions here of what to do?

Reflash the ROM. There's not much else you can do, since anything that might work won't be on the screen long enough for you to do it.
