i have a usb cable from a blackberry phone that i connected to my samsung and into my usb port on my laptop. i was expecting to be able to open the E drive folder and copy the video files over but for some reason it wont open the E drive folder. it is not recognizing the phone. the computer comes up with a message saying found new hardware but when it searches it says it cant install it.
im really confused.
it is because im using a blackberry lead? i thought it was just a standard lead so cant see this making a difference.
i just want my videos onto my pc, simple request lol help!
