How do I get new home screen?

How do i get the new home screen with the set of squares at the bottom instead of the standard buttons at the bottom of the screen. Been looking all over and can't seem to find how to do this pls help. I have a pic of what im talking about below.

That looks like it's from Android 2.2. The EVO only has Android 2.1, you'd need to turn off the Sense UI to see the stock Android screens.

an easy way to get stock is download homeswitcher from the market. launch it and choose either sense or launcher. launcher is the name of the stock android home.
