How do I get old version of android Samsung 7 back after software update

My Samsung android galaxy 7 had a software update and now I want to go back to old version. Is this possible with out factory resetting?

No, it is not possible without a factory reset - and a factory reset won't do it alone. You have to flash an older build of the stock firmware.
