How do I get out from the screen adb sidelong filename?

How do I get out from the screen "adb sidelong <filename>"

Please help.. got a black screen with a android picture, red triangle and exclamation mark in the middle.

At the bottom it says " Now send the package you want to apply to the device with "adb sideload <filename>".

Pressing power button plus volume up or down - it does not help. Power + volume up + home button still no luck.. I tried couple of times but nothing..

Please help..
