If the photos are on the microSD card, you can just remove the card and insert it into your computer's SD reader. In the future, keep your photos backed up or synced regularly to your computer or to Google Photos using the Auto Backup feature.

Check with someone with a computer. If the phone boots up you may be able to read the memory with a computer and USB cable.
