How do I get Quick Memo to take a screenshot?

I recently did a system reset. I used to click Quick Memo and it would take a screenshot and I could circle etc on it and save my shot. Now I click the icon it goes straight to Quick Memo with the quick nemo paper. It no longer takes a screenshot. Ever since the system reset..I have not been able to do any screenshots. Help?? Thank you!

Hi, on my LG phone I can also take a screenshot by pressing the power button and the volume down button at the same time. I don't know if you'll still be able to edit your screenshot before you take it.

This is how you take a screenshot with the spen that you can write on. It has always been this way for me. Screen write and action memo ate two different things.
