how to get rid of a virus on galaxy note 10.1?

hi,
i bought galaxy note a year ago ...after 3 months some pop ups and downloads begain to appear and it became too slow in logging into the internet and some applications..and lots of advertisements appear every minute...what should i do to solve this problem.is there any program or antivirus to solve this?? i think it's a virus..thanks in advance.

Do a factory data reset. That should fix it.

I actually have the same problem and I did reset to factory settings but that did not solve it .. ads kept popping and I noticed that there are programs that I did not download and can't uninstall :'(

if you cant disable those programs from settings (all applications), and possible remove they from the settings which gives them admin priviledges (check that!), then im afraid of if factory resetting doesnt work then the malware might be in a system partition which means that you need to flash the original firmware again to get rid of them...

have you tried Avast antivirus? does it tell what is it? Malwarebytes antimalware? both are in Playstore...
