How do i get rid of ads?

[Android Central Question]

Hello guys, i'm having a huge issue with ads on my phone. They keep popping up over and over (every 5-10 seconds), no matter what i do, no matter which app i use.

Here's what i tried:

Bitdefender and Malwarebytes
Factory reset

Keep in mind that my phone is not rooted, so i'm looking for a solution that doesn't require it.
