how do I get rid of clicking when I power off?

I have looked through all the settings and I can't figure out how to get rid of the clicking, almost sounds like a faint camera shutter.
Nothing major, just a little annoying to me.

I'm pretty sure they do that intentionally and don't make any easy way of disabling it.

It's volume is dependent on the media volume
