Just found out today that T-Mobile is going to get rid of their Jump on Demand (JOD) at the end of November. We have either JOD or EIP on our accounts. According to the sales rep I spoke with earlier tonight at a local authorized store that the way he put it unless I missed understand him was that if we traded in our phones now before the end of November and after the jump program ends that our remaining balance will be waved off. But the opposite was said by a representative through the 1-800 number. You know what they say, if it's too good to be true it must be. Your thoughts on this?

A little off topic....but it seems kind of odd to have an acronym within an acronym? Just Upgrade My Phone (JUMP) JUMP On Demand (JOD).
Yeah, I agree. None of this matters to me because I but my phones factory unlocked from the manufacturer. I haven't had a carrier phone since 2017.
