How do I get rid of Dark Mode for Google Search Bar results?

My Google Search bar at the bottom of the Home Screen is white, but as soon as I tap the Microphone to dictate a question, it turns dark, and all the results of the search are in Dark Mode. This didn't used to be this way and it's difficult to read under most conditions. I have read everything I could find and gone into every setting I can think of and made sure Dark Mode is not enabled, but this one app seems to stay in Dark Mode. How do I change this?Screenshot_20220928-125933.jpg

In Settings>Display, is Dark Theme toggled on, or scheduled to turn on automatically at some point?

Not on, and Schedule is set to None. It's the only thing that appears in Dark Mode, but can't seem to find a specific setting for the Google Search widget, including Settings/Google/Settings for Google apps, couldn't find anything :(. Tap and Hold the Search window brought up settings for it, but only thing to change was "Searchbox Effects". Changing it from Off to On didn't change anything.

Or actually go to chrome://flags and search the word dark and change the appropriate one to disabled
