How do I get rid of "Tap here to use your Samsung Account"?

Hi.
Anyone know how to get rid of "Tap here to use your Samsung Account" notification?
I've tried Settings-->Accounts-->Accounts-->Samsung Account-->(whatever the 3 dots in upper right hand corner are called)-->About Samsung account-->App Info-->Notifications--> and I turned off App Icon Badges, Allowed Sound and "On Lock Screen", I chose "Do not show notifications".
I am still getting the notifications.
Any ideas?

I've logged into my Samsung Account on my PC and discovered I have two different e-mails linked to it. I try both and one of them prompted me to agree to terms, which i did. I hope it will end the story. But you need to do it from the PC, I guess.
