how do I get rid of this annoying lock threat unless I download their app?

just tell me how to stop this thing from showing up on my phone everytime I us chrome

The only way i found is to factory rest the fone, i even went as low as installing the dum app, and it got worse. Just dont re synch your google to chrome unless u make a new one cause chrome will still pick it up..
