How do I get rid of this little floating bubble thingy in and the pop-up

If you touch the bubbles this more pop-ups it's kind of like putting the *** I think it has something to do with her some kind of fake Waring that said I had a virus

If we could see a picture of it, it might be easier to identify and thus offer advice.

You could also try uninstalling apps one by one to see if the problem goes away, since it could be a hidden "feature" full of ads that some app sneaked in.
