Samsung find my mobile not working on Lollipop

Any one have a fix for Samsung find my mobile not working on Lollipop? I got no help from Samsung or Verizon.

no but i use Lookout and Android Device Manager. both free.

Are you getting any error messages? Or is the feature just not available for S5 with Lollipop?

In the meantime, I'd suggest using Google's device manager or one of the suggestions mentioned by Gekko.

I am on verizon and all settings are correct but Samsung Find My Phone does not work..... Google device mgr does work but would like one more app to find phone.... Lookout seems to do a lot more than I need,,, What a good simple app??

Verizon says it is a Samsung/lollipop issue. I do use device manager but that only works with location turned on. If I remember right findmymobile would work even with location turned off.

Does lookout work with location turned off? I think earlier versions of android you could remotely turn on gps but they removed that option.

I got find my mobile working after doing a factory reset. And it did locate with location turned off.
