How do I get Samsung Voice to learn a new word?

I work in "Okarche" , but when i voice my text to my wife that I'm "leaving Okarche", it comes out "OK Archie" which is how it sounds, but not how it's spelled.

Related to this. I have a dog named Seamus. When I dictate a text or Facebook post, it spells it Shaumus. How do I get it to spell his name correctly?
