I am trying to get Speech to text to work in Arabic but can't figure out how. Any insight on this? I know they say that the Arabic language has been improved in the Jelly Bean but I'm not seeing it in Arabic .

In case you mean Voice Typing then:
Got to Language & Input-> Google Voice Typing-> Google Voice Typing settings (press the gear icon)-> Choose Input languages.
The wording might be different on your phone, but that's the general way.

Hi Foramex, thanks for the response to my post. I tried what you said but when I switch to the Arrabic language on my keyboard, the microphone disappears.

What if I want the text to speech in arabic is there any solution. Cz neither google nor Samsung text to speech support arabic language. Thank you in advance

Settings
General, language input
Onscreen keyboard
Manage keyboards
Uncheck samsung s voice
Check Google voice typing
This allows phone to use Google voice typing, which has Arabic voice to text.
