Welcome to Android Central! Which ZTE phone? Are you saying that you had some accessibility option turned on that isn't letting you type in anything? Or are you saying that the screen isn't responding to any touch at all? If the latter, the screen is likely faulty and needs to be replaced. You could try getting past the lockscreen by connecting a basic USB keyboard via OTG cable, but that won't help you when you need to tap or swipe things on the screen.
