how do i get the screen mirror function back on my S7 after the new update

after downloading the new update for the samsung S7 edge i have noticed that i can not screen mirror to my samsung TV. i can cast to the tv but that is only from certain apps. do i need to roll back to a previous OS ?

how about opening Google Home (formerly Chromecast) and enabling Screencasting?

Do you mean you can't find screen mirroring or it doesn't work.
If it's the former just pull down the notification shade and swipe left, smart view is in there.

I've been having the same issue since the March security update. Worked before the update on both my Samsung tv and my roku tv.

Anybody got a fix out there?
