How do i get the 'sign into wifi network' notification from popping up. S9+

i just got a galaxy s9+ and i love it, but i am having an issue and if i cannot figure it out in the next couple of days, i may be returning this phone and getting something else. its driving me nuts.

i want the 'sign into wifi network' deal at the top to stop. everytime i go by a wifi network this pops up. ive tried everything and im stuck. please help! it is incredibly annoying because i will be typing something and it just pops up and takes me to a new menu. i believe i have xfinity wifi at my house and it automatically connects, but when i leave and it disconnects, i want all notifications like this gone.

ive already turned most of the notifications off and it didnt do anything. i really do not want to have to turn wifi on and off everytime i leave my house. these phones are so amazing and powerful, but it bothers me to no end that small things like this are over looked.

( i just realized one of the pics i updloaded was in the process of loading it and didnt capture the page).

now i cannot even clear the notification on the top of my phone and it will not go away. HELP!

Welcome to Android Central! What if you disable your home's free xfinitywifi public hotspot? https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...able-xfinity-wifi-home-hotspot&token=bAerx-8F. You'll still be able to use your own private wi-fi network -- it's just the public xfinitywifi hotspot that will be disabled.
