AC Question

I need to be able to block anyone from installing apps onto my phone.

I need to be able to lock out the installation of any apps from marketplaces (amazon , and galaxy store) mostly. on my Samsung s5. I have an issue with people installing and uninstalling apps. I was looking for a way to lock the package installer in hopes that would do it but I can't find anything for an in rooted phone and advice?

Other than a Kiosk app installed as a system app (which means rooting) and locked with a password, you probably ca't. And then you have to unlock it and close it every time you want to use the phone.

Simple solution - don't let anyone have your phone unless the lock screen is on and you have it passworded.

Playstore. Search "app lock". Pick one to play with. Then pick one that works for you.

Why don't you give them the phone in guest mode? I think Lollipop has that feature..
