You can't. I believe those people whom are able to post and see emoticons are all iPhone users. I have never been able to see them on Android phone as long as I've been on twitter. I think you'll just have to accept that we can't see them. Maybe there's something I don't know but as far as I know, no emoticons for us

My GS3 sleeps in the bed and I make my girlfriend sleep on the couch
