When you go to call settings you are supposed to go to supplementary services in order to do call forwarding. All other Samsung phones have it. Including my Note 10, but not the Galacy A32 5G. Do you get me now?

I don't see anything called 'supplementary services' on my S22 Ultra call settings.

I have the setting on both my Unlocked s22 Ultra & Note 20 Ultra on T-Mobile under 'Call Settings'.

This setting could possibly be removed on certain carrier phones. It might be best for the O.P. to call their service provider & verify. Just a thought...

I agree with BerryBubbles -- the very name of the menu ("Supplementary") implies that it's added on by someone else.

Which carrier are you on? There might be a different way to set up call forwarding.
