i bought moto e basic on july 2014. how to increase internal memory from 4GB to 8GB?

Welcome to the forums. Sadly, this can't be done. I think the internal components are fused into place.

You can root the phone, then run External 2 Internal SD (Root). It will mount the SD card as internal storage and the storage in the phone as external storage. So you can have up to 32GB of "internal" storage.
